Chicago Ave with 575 parking spaces. At Central Parking Facility you will find three-hour parking and long-term parking; be sure to check signs for parking restrictions and time limits. My first visit to IVme was awesome! I was greeted by such warm and knowledgeable staff. The office is very relaxing and comfortable. I got a massage from Colleen and she did an excellent job. She’s a lovely person and I could tell she really cares about making her clients happy. The IV tech also answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be returning to try out more of the services offered here.

First time at IV Me. Needed an Immunity Boost as I had been dealing with sinusitis for almost 10 days. Justin determined the appropriate type of IV best suited for my issue and I was pleasantly surprised that it worked! Felt very good that afternoon and was able to sleep that night without breathing problems, which I was unable to do for almost the preceding 2 weeks. Has been 2 days since my infusion and I feel fully recovered. Loved the facility and staff was excellent.

First, the facility is very clean and I receive my IV vitamin C in a private room with a large window and a large screen TV. Coffee or tea are offered at every session. How lovely!The IV techs, especially Justin, insert the needle with ease. Justin uses a numbing spray to lessen the pinch. He is kind, thoughtful, respectful, and knowledgeable.Everyone at the office is professional.Can't ask for more! Thanks so much.August 21, 2021, I am updating my review.ALL of the staff is friendly, kind, and considerate. I am very thankful to have found such an excellent facility. I receive IV-Vitamin C at high doses twice weekly to augment my cancer treatment. It is actually a pleasant and restful experience because the people are caring. These dear ones actually gave me a birthday card with all of their signatures. What dear people they are! Special shout out of thanks to Stephine at the front desk. Her welcoming smile warms my heart. Keep up the great work and thanks!

After dealing with peaks in my anxiety being triggered by dehydration I was desperate to find a solution. I called and they got me in the same day. The girls at the front desk were so nice and the tech Justin was great! He explained everything there was too know and made me feel at ease. I will definitely return.

This place is amazing. Colleen and Carrie were so sweet and made my husband and I feel so welcome and comfortable from the moment we walked through the door. The office was very clean and relaxing. Carrie answered all 1000 questions we had for her and really took the time to explain everything and help us decide what we needed. We cannot wait to go back. Next time we'll probably be doing an IV and getting a massage at the chiropractor next door!

Fantastic office. Justin was amazing, so gentle, so helpful, and did a wonderful job explaining this on a level someone who’s Master’s is in Business would even understand. Very clean office, modern style, yet homey. Overall, service and experience couldn’t have been better and I will be back for many more services to come!

My husband and I had a health energizing morning! We were welcomed with a smile and friendliness by Colleen. With a very short wait time, we went to a room all set up for us to get our IV. Justin explained the IV procedure and all the available protocols. He was professional and knowledgeable. This place is amazing. Was referred by friends that had amazing results with NAD IV therapy, had to try it out for myself. I am 48 years old and I feel like I am in my 30's again. Brain fog almost disappeared over night. The doctors and staff are very attentive and accommodating. 5 stars and two thumbs up!

This is my second visit to IVme. The office is clean, modern and comfortable. There is a parking garage next door. The people working the front desk and very pleasant and helpful. Justin, who was my IV tech, was great at explaining everything, didn't even feel the "poke" because he uses a freezing spray and made some excellent suggestions to aid me in recovering from cancer treatments. The B12 shot provides you with an extra little boost of energy ( which I love) I'll be back again in two weeks for another treatment. So glad I found this place!!

IVme Naperville is great!! It’s a quiet, tranquil, awesome spot where they pamper you, in every step of your hydration session. From the moment you step into the office, you feel their hospitality right away. Check-in is a breeze. Lashawnna is FABULOUS! The whole IV process is swift and pain-free , and you get your own little spa room with a massage Lounge chair and a variety of services to watch. I have been coming to IVME Naperville for several weeks now. Decided to add my executive team to a corporate account. I feel amazing and want my top team to feel the same. Dr. Yilk and Dr. Dybis are easy to talk to and walked us through the various options. Made it easy and very welcoming. Justin is simply amazing. My first time here and it was an amazing experience. Justin is so knowledgeable and helped me picked the best IV hydration for my needs. You get a private room and sit in a massage chair. Again Justin is amazing at his job and made sure I was comfortable and offered an assortment of beverages! I loved it so much I’m definitely here again to try the other services. The entire process was seamless, professional, and very clean. Would recommend this place to everyone.

What a nice wellness spa. My husband and I both came here and it's so clean, cozy and relaxing. They have vibrating massage chairs in your treatment room as well as a large tv to watch some Spongebob while you get your body renovated and rejuvenated. Justin administered my IV and he's very thorough and friendly. The IV was painless and we got my IV going on the first try which is always good. Oh and they offer you something to drink while you get treated. The rest of the staff was nice and professional as well.. All in all, I 10/10 recommend. You'll be walking out of there better than when you walked in.

Have been to other locations and always a great experience with the best results! I was so excited that they opened a location in Naperville! I must say the team at the Naperville location is second to none! Justin was a wealth of information and knowledge. Not only was my treatment pain free, he was able to explain the treatment & options so we can come up with a concoction that fits my needs and yields best results. (And I must say I am feeling phenomenal after my IV and additional injections, thanks Justin.) I didn’t catch the Name of the representative at the front desk however, she was sweet and courteous! Strongly recommend IVme!

This was my first time at the Naperville location and it was amazing ! Great service and the staff makes you feel relax and comfortable.I will be definitely be coming to this location anytime I need a pick me up. This was my first time going to a med spa. I have always been hesitant to go to these but I was pleasantly surprised. After a long day of treating patients it was nice to be on the other side and have someone take care of me. It was a very clean and relaxing environment. I hate needles and the IV starter I had did an excellent job in calming me and I didn't feel any pain at all. I also had Botox with Olivia and she did an amazing job. Again painless and fast. The staff was well informed on all products and I felt that I was in very good hands. I will definitely be back for all my wellness needs.

Stephanie at the front desk was super helpful and kind! I stopped by for a lab draw and forewarned my clinician, Cara, that they usually have to put hot packs on my arms to help find the vein but she found it on the first try without anything additional. I also went in with a horrible headache and exhausted from a bad night sleep, had a b-12 shot to get my body back in rhythm and felt myself again by midday! I can’t wait to go back for a facial peel to get my skin back to the pre-mask complexion!

I went in for an EnergizeMe Iv because this time of year always makes me feel sluggish and dry. Probably due to the weather, the year we had and the cold. Can I just say the ambiance of IVMe in Naperville is so warming, and inviting. The place was clean, the receptionist was friendly and inviting and very knowledgeable about her products. I was seen right away by the technician named Justin who was super friendly. It didn't even hurt when the IV was inserted. I got to relax in a comfortable massage chair in a private room. Beverages were offered and I swear if there was a blanket I would have taken a nap. The whole experience was a 10/10 (would definitely recommend) for me. I felt rejuvenated right away and still do (3 days later). I will definitely make IVMe a part of my wellness regimen and be booking regular appointments!

Great location, right next to the parking deck. Was greeted by the staff and all were very friendly. After check in and was off to get an IV. Lylla, that started my IV, was great!! She got it on the first attempt and it was painless. They then had me relax in a private room with a television and heated massage chair. As I checked out, again staff was very friendly and wanted to make sure I had a good experience. Will definitely go back.
