The absolute best customer service I’ve ever had. Walked in five minutes before they closed with no appointment. They could’ve easily scheduled me another day but they stuck around and treated me with open arms. Even had a few laughs. The advice given afterwards far exceeded my expectations. I had the best time at IVme! From the moment you step in the door, you feel taken care of. I was greeted warmly by multiple staff members (which was helpful because I was already nervous to begin with). I was then taken back to my room by Jackie who welcomed me with a such a warm demeanor 🙂 She made sure that I was comfortable before beginning, and she took her time to explain my procedures. She made sure that I understood the process and what to expect prior.

I first underwent an undereye PRP because of my dark circles. It was so simple and quick! And my results (just after 2 days) are shown here! I was shocked at the improvement. It was definitely worth it and I will most definitely have this done again. Next, I had botox for my brows. This was painless and so fast! I could not believe it. Jackie made it seamless!

I had received Super Immune IV after recovering from being ill.

I was having a really hard time bouncing back from a stomach virus, so in a last ditch effort before heading out on a work trip, I decided to call IVMe and see if they had any options for dehydration and body aches. They were so incredibly helpful and patient over the phone when answering my questions, which I deeply appreciated. They were the able to fit me in same day and everything so easy. Upon arrival, everyone was incredibly kind and (again) very helpful. They went over and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and explained my options in depth - leading me to go with the hangoverIV option. It genuinely brought me back to life after a very very difficult couple of days! Can’t thank them enough for their care and swiftness. Will be telling all my friends and going back!
