It is with heavy hearts that we share the news that IVme Highland Park will be closing on February 27, 2026.

When we opened our doors eighteen months ago, we were excited to become part of such a vibrant and welcoming neighborhood. While we anticipated competition, the continued saturation of the local market has made it unsustainable for us to continue operations.
This decision was not made lightly. We will deeply miss the neighbors, friends, and patients who welcomed us so warmly and trusted us with their care.

Appointments and Hours of Operation
As we prepare for closure, our clinic hours may continue to fluctuate based on staffing and appointment volume. For the most up-to-date hours, we strongly encourage you to call the clinic before coming in at 224-236-7174.
We also strongly recommend scheduling an appointment in advance to ensure we can accommodate you and minimize wait times. Walk-ins will be limited and cannot be guaranteed during this transition period.

Continuity of care
For our patients currently under the care of Dr. Jack, Josie Wynveen, or Kayla Eaton (including hormone replacement therapy, weight loss, aesthetics, or skincare), your health and care remain our top priority. A member of our team will contact you directly to coordinate next steps and confirm your continued treatment plan.

We understand that your care is personal and that a familiar, close-to-home option matters. While IVme Highland Park is closing, IVme Wellness + Aesthetics remains here for you, and we would be honored to continue supporting your wellness journey at one of our other locations.
