What a wonderful experience! From the pleasant front desk staff to the caring nursing team, IVme Naperville offered an elevated experience. As it was my first time, Kristen offered any IV service for $99! I got the Super Immune, normal $219 value. Kristen was kind and patient knowing that I do not have the best relationship with needles. She was able to find my stubborn vein on the first attempt. After my IV bag was complete, I was offered a B12 shot for energy and better sleep. The knowledgeable nurse Kristen paid attention when I told her I wasn’t feeling well the last couple of days.

Love going to IVme when the household is getting a little sick. The staff is alway wonderful. Sammi at the front desk is always ready with a smile and Lylla got my IV started with no problems. I always leave feeling great! Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making it a great experience. 😊

Olivia is a great esthetician. She is very patient and provides great service. Hands down, one of the best Diamond Glow facials I ever had. She takes the time to examine your skin and let’s you know what products works best for you. No upselling. Does not pressure you into buying products right away.

Taylor is AMAZING! I see her for my BioTE and my Dysport. The results are incredible for both! The BioTE has helped my fatigue, energy level, and weight management. She does a perfect job with the Dysport, making me still look natural! Her placement is perfect and has really made a difference with my forehead wrinkles and elevens! I’m so thankful I found Taylor and will continue to drive an hour to and from to see her!

So happy to have found this place. I've visited several times for IV fluids due to severe hyperemesis, and we always have the best experience. I had never been to an IV clinic before this and didn't know what to expect upon my first visit, but each and every time we come the staff are so kind, helpful, and caring. The private room is really nice and a great place to relax and take a loaf off while getting the treatment I need.

I have been going to see Lauren who does my Botox and she does such a great job! She makes you feel super comfortable and always takes the time to explain what she is doing and lets you ask questions. She has your best interest in mind and would highly recommend her!

Was in desperate need of a boost after a week of being horribly sick. I was able to get a same day appointment! The staff were all exceptional from my first phone call with Sammi. I had not done an IV treatment before and Lylla explained the entire process and what to expect. She was also my IV starter and checked in on me while I was in treatment. The space felt like a hotel with a call button—which I used to get a cozy blanket as the fluid can make you cold. Lylla also recommended a B12 shot. Two days later I was FINALLY feeling like myself again. I highly recommend IVme!
