Co-Owner, Lead Nurse Injector
Heather earned her MSN from Marquette University and was a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at Children’s Wisconsin prior to joining IVme. She has over 10 years of pediatric nursing experience and has worked with cosmetic injectables since 2014. Her passion for helping people look, feel and perform their very best every day led her to take a huge professional leap when she left pediatric nursing to become the co-founder of IVme in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward.
There is nothing like IVme in the Milwaukee area and the ability to combine her injectables experience with a full suite of IV hydration treatments to help patients achieve their health, beauty and recovery goals all in one spot is a dream come true for Heather. Heather’s patients describe her as detail oriented, empathetic and passionate. Heather attributes her success to focus, her competitive drive, patience, confidence and her ability to think abstractly – the same characteristics that make her a competitive golfer with a 2 handicap.
Kayleigh Schloegl, BSN-RN

Kayleigh Schloegl, BSN-RN, is a dedicated aesthetic nurse who believes true beauty starts from within. A graduate of Columbia College of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Kayleigh combines her clinical expertise with a holistic, patient-centered approach to help individuals look and feel their best—inside and out. Her passion lies in merging aesthetics with overall wellness, creating custom treatment plans that enhance natural beauty while supporting confidence and self-care.
Kayleigh specializes in Botox, dermal fillers, Sculptra, and PRP (platelet-rich plasma) injections, and is known for her gentle touch and personalized attention to detail. Keri is a licensed aesthetician in Wisconsin. She has been state licensed since 2000, and earned the CIDESCO certification the same year —an international distinction that’s considered the most prestigious in the field of aesthetics. In 2024, Keri was honored to be chosen as one of just ten master aestheticians nationwide by SkinCeuticals, a recognition that deeply reflects my passion and commitment to this industry.
Since 2001, Keri has worked exclusively in medical skin care, with advanced training in lasers, chemical peels, microneedling, and medical-grade skin care lines. Her true passion lies in helping clients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. Keri specializes in acne, anti-aging, prevention, and correction—always customizing treatments to support long-term skin health. She joined the IVme Wellness + Aesthetics family in 2021 and helped launch our skin care offerings. Keri loves being able to integrate aesthetics and wellness to help clients look and feel their best.

Abby is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Alverno College. She is a licensed advanced practice nurse practitioner with extensive clinical experience, including working as a registered nurse in the emergency department and interventional radiology. After earning her nurse practitioner credentials, Abby spent five years in a preoperative clinic before transitioning into aesthetic medicine, where she now focuses on treatments such as Botox, filler, Sculptra, and integrative medicine.
Her philosophy of care centers on creating individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific goals and needs, with an emphasis on natural results that enhance one’s own features. Abby is committed to helping her patients become the most confident, healthy, and happy versions of themselves. A proud graduate of Cardinal Stritch University, she holds both an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), and is a licensed RN in the state of Wisconsin.
Throughout her career, Ashley has honed her skills in diverse clinical settings, including oncology, gynecology, gastroenterology, and labor and delivery. This extensive background allows her to provide comprehensive care, ensuring that each patient receives personalized attention and treatment.
Since 2021, Ashley has been a valued member of the IVme Wellness + Aesthetics team, where she blends her clinical expertise with her passion for wellness-focused, preventative care.
